Uğurcan Tekin, LL.M

Uğurcan Tekin advises local and international clients on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Media Law, Information Technology, and Data Protection (KVKK). He holds a bachelor's degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Galatasaray University Institute of Social Sciences.

He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and an officially registered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He has deep expertise in trademarks, patents, designs, geographical indications, utility models, copyrights, and unfair competition, and also guides clients on e-commerce, cybersecurity and KVKK compliance.
