İnci Özçilsal

İnci Özçilsal is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and a graduate of Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law. At Devin Law & IP she advises on corporate law, contract law, data protection (KVKK) and intellectual property.

In corporate law she advises on company formation, general assembly procedures, management structures and share transfers, and takes an active role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. She participates in KVKK and GDPR compliance projects, manages data inventories and policy drafting, and supports trademark applications, oppositions and licensing.
